Minted Balsamic Reduction
This mint-packed balsamic reduction is Owen's reincarnation of mint sauce with the sweet tangy flavour of a good balsamic reduction.
It's as good with roast lamb as the best mint sauce, but also gorgeous with venison – and great as a drizzle over French-trimmed lamb cutlets or as glaze for roasted potatoes.
