Enchilada Cooking Sauce in a Can 330g
The Enchilada Cooking Sauce is a delicious Mexican Mole Sauce with Chipotle Chillies, Orange and Oregano. Traditional Mexican Mole (Moe-Lay) is a spicy sauce served over meat (traditionally turkey) much like a gravy. Comes in a 100% recyclable "beer" can with a fully removable lid.
Make it traditional by pan frying 400g diced turkey, chicken or pork until browned on the outside and cooked thoroughly. Add 330g of Potts' Enchilada and Mole Sauce and continue to cook until piping hot. Alternatively heat the sauce in a saucepan and pour over roasted turkey, pork or chicken. Serve with rice and salad.
Make it vegan by stir frying red pepper and 300 of pulled style soya protein and cook for 5 minutes. Add 330g of Potts' Enchilada and Mole Sauce and gently bring to a simmer. Simmer until cooked and piping hot (approximately 5 minutes). Use for Enchiladas or Fajitas with your favourite Mexican salsas and condiments.
