Our Roast Garlic and Herb Mayonnaise, containing plenty of roasted garlic and our own blend of herbs adds a little extra to every dish. Spread on crusty sourdough bread and pile on your favourite toppings or use it as a base for salad dressing, with the delicious flavour of roasted garlic, you cannot go wrong!

INGREDIENTS: Rapeseed Oil (72%), Water, Pasteurised Free Range Egg Yolk (6%), White Wine Vinegar (Sulphites), Dijon Mustard (Water, Mustard Seeds, Spirit Vinegar, Salt), Roasted Garlic Granules (1.6%), Herbs (1.1%) (Parsley, Thyme, Sage, Tarragon), Sugar, Salt, Concentrated Lemon Juice, Emulsifier; Xanthan Gum.
