Traditionally served with white fish, this delicate, herby subtle sauce is an all-time British classic. It is great over salmon and flounder or even with fish cakes. Our parsley sauce is the perfect sauce for a gammon steak or a good Wiltshire ham.
INGREDIENTS: Milk, Water, Double Cream (15%) (Milk), White Wine (Sulphites), Cornflour, Parsley (2%), Sugar, Salt, Acidity Regulator; Lactic Acid, Natural Parsley Flavour.
