Ragù Alla Calabrese Cooking Sauce in a Can 330g
A delicious Pasta Sauce with Roasted Peppers, Fennel and Chilli. Potts' Ragù Alla Calabrese is a spicy Southern Italian take on Bolognese with Roasted Peppers and Fennel. Comes in a 100% recyclable "beer" can with a fully removable lid.
Make it traditional by frying 400-500g pork mince in a little olive oil until almost cooked and then adding the Ragù and bringing it to a simmer. Cook until it is piping hot and the pork is thoroughly cooked. Served stirred through cooked Penne, Conchiglie or other shaped pasta.
Make it vegan by simply substituting the pork mince with soy protein mince. Alternatively, heat sauce in a pan until piping hot and stir in 300-400g cooked rice and serve with steamed green beans or grilled Portobello mushrooms.
